01/19/2004 - Finally finished calculating all of the monster flee. Hopefully
I can finish the other sections today so that I can post this
today or tomorrow. Tiring work I tell you @_@.
02/28/2004 - Fixed the margins to suit Gamefaqs' requirements. Still haven't
added the few monsters I've missed though.
04/21/2004 - Changed my e-mail addy. My old one got busted. Anyway I've added
the info on the following monsters: Antique Firelock, Kapha,
Miyabi Ningyo, Raptice, Shinobi, Tengu, Werewolf.

2.0 Introduction

Kula of pRO here. Been playing RO for quite some time now. Anyway I made this
FAQ because it seems to me that the other flee charts out there aren't going
to update anytime soon and I think many of you guys have noticed that monster
stats have been changed since the implementation of the Comodo patch. Mummies
miss a lot now, Moonlight hits more often now, etc. So many changes that I
thought that it's time for an updated flee chart. So since I have time to

3.0 Something to know before the flee chart
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You can skip this one if you like but I thought that maybe some of you guys
might not know this and may be interested in these stuffs.
a. You get +1 flee for each points in agi and an additional +1 flee for each
base level you gain.
b. Minimum required flee is calculated with this formula:
monster level + monster dex + 75 = minimum required flee.
c. For each 10 lucky dodge you have it adds to your flee rating on a monster.
In fact you can exceed the 95% flee barrier with lucky dodge.
d. You need 10 points of luk to get a +1 in lucky dodge rating.

4.0 Flee Chart

Ok now the flee chart. This chart will tell you how much flee you need to
dodge monsters 95% of the time. This flee chart is calculated using monster
stats that can be found on http://www.roempire.com. This chart also includes
unimplemented monsters. This is a must for all those agi builds out there.

Well I guess this is the end of my FAQ. Hmmm... maybe I'll add monster
experience on later updates so you can check out which monster will be good
for leveling. I hope that this chart is helpful to all of you RO players out
